§ 1 Return Policy
  1. The clogs may be changed to another style or size within 14 days from the date you received
    the shoes and you have contacted us beforehand.


  2. Please inform us before you return items. We do not accept in returns without prior notice.
    Late returns are not accepted.


  3. We do not accept worn shoes.


  4. Please put the value of the item if returning via customs.
    The cost of the return is the customer’s responsibility.


  5. In some cases, a partial refund is possible if the clogs have not been worn
    and notification has been given within 14 days.



§ 2 Delivery Time / Parts of Delivery
  1. Delivery times are estimates. There are no guaranteed fixed delivery times.


  2. When sending your order, you agree to the terms and conditions of berlin-clogs.


  3. For any dispute which may arise, German Law is applicable.
